FIT vegan cookies
This kind => cookies fits perfectly into the diet of people with special nutritional requirements - due to the lack of dairy products, eggs and reduced gluten content. Their base ingredient is mountain oat flakes, which we have enriched with dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, linseed and ground flax. Instead of butter, we used coconut oil, and artificial honey gives our cookies a sweet taste.

Apart from shortcrust cookies, there is something new at Jacek Plack => vegan strawberry cake. This is an ideal proposition for people who give up animal products in their diet. This type of cake is prepared from sponge cake based on oat milk and pumpkin. To make the cream, we use aquafaba, i.e. water left after cooking chickpeas - perfect for whipping. We add strawberries to the resulting mass to give it the delicious flavor of these fruits, and decorate the top and sides of the cake with them. Everything looks great and tastes delicious!
