Description
The Izaura cheesecake combines delicious cheese mass and chocolate black cake, which rises in a very irregular way creating interesting patterns, visible after cutting the cake.
This recipe made a splash in the 80s of the 20th century, in parallel with the hugely popular Brazilian series "Slave Isaura", from which it owes its name.
