It's the first day of July - summer has settled in for good, and the season for strawberries is still going on.
Now we buy the sweetest Kashubian summer fruits for our cakes.
We use this bounty of Nature as much as we can, producing cold cheesecakes, jellies, sponge cakes and mini tarts for you. Everything is filled to the brim with fresh, fragrant strawberries.
These unique, sour-sweet fruits go well with fluffy whipped cream, but also light pudding cream,
so we do not spare them for strawberry desserts.
In our strawberry offer we recommend sponge cake with jelly and cream, with a thick layer of whole strawberries. They are somewhat similar in appearance, but completely different in consistency cold cheesecake, built on an elastic base of cheese mass, on a thin layer of sand cake.
They look very effective mini tarts with fresh strawberries, on a layer of delicious vanilla pudding cream - you don't have to cut them, such a convenient portion for a few bites ... 
Our seasonal version is an interesting combination of a fluffy, moist cake with strawberry fruit yogurt cake with white chocolate coating, which we bake with the addition of Kamchatka berries in our permanent offer.
