Tradition and modernity in Jacek Plack

As a family company with traditions, we rely on the home recipes of our founders. However, over time, we improve them by introducing new ingredients and technologies to follow contemporary consumption trends and the expectations of our customers. At the same time, our principle of using only natural ingredients to make baked goods, without the use of preservatives, chemical additives or ready-made confectionery mixtures, remains unchanged. These values were also the main determinant for us in the process of creating new cake flavors. Each of these unique pastries will certainly find its admirer. Strawberry cake 

It is a fluffy, light strawberry cake. We prepared the cream based on whipped cream and strawberry jam. This dessert is not too sweet, and its unique taste is the result of combining only natural ingredients.

Vegan strawberry cake without lactose

We created this bakery especially for customers who follow a vegan diet. Vegetarian strawberry cake consists primarily of light strawberry mousse made of aquafaba and agar.

Royal chocolate cake

It is a cake with a rich chocolate mousse with the addition of Żubrówka and a layer of delicious, crunchy puffs. In addition, we layered the mousse with blueberry and currant jam, which makes the sweet, chocolate flavor of the dessert more delicate.

Red velvet cake

Red velvet is a traditional American cake consisting of red buttercream cake. We cover the baking with delicious mascarpone cream and raspberry jam. In our confectionery shop, we only use natural red dye to prepare this cake, which is a real rarity. It is a lycopene dye obtained from tomatoes. It is also used as a dietary supplement, so it is very healthy!

Bueno cake

We present our version of this popular cake, which, of course, must include a cream made from a combination of white chocolate and hazelnuts. Bueno cake is not too sweet, has an interesting taste, and children simply love it!

We prepared this cake based on blackberry cake. We layered it with chocolate cream, plum jam and lemon-halva butter cream. Additionally, we sprinkled it with nuts. A king cake is the perfect idea for celebrating special occasions.

Cake with white chocolate and raspberries

It is a cake made of delicate cream mousse with white chocolate. The sweetness of this dessert is broken by sour raspberries. This is a perfect choice for those who prefer sweet and sour versions of cakes.

We have prepared this cake based on the taste and appearance of the popular Oreo cookies. Our cake is milk and chocolate with blueberries. It will surely delight the youngest sweet tooths!

Salted caramel cake

In this cake, we combined the taste of Mediterranean pistachio mousse and forest fruit jam. This is a very interesting and unique dessert option! The cake also includes a delicious, crunchy puff pastry.

Orange cake with liqueur

This dessert consists of delicate orange foam with the addition of the famous Cointreau liqueur with a unique, bittersweet orange flavor. Moreover, its filling is juicy tangerines, which makes the cake not only tasty, but also refreshing.

Italian tiramisu cake

Tiramisu is a traditional Italian dessert. We made it based on mascarpone cheese and sponge cakes, which we soaked in coffee punch with amaretto liqueur. Our cake proposal will certainly delight fans of the taste of this Italian dessert and more.
