Description
Bajaderka was supposedly invented in Warsaw pastry shops in the crazy 1920s. If it is said that it is a cookie made from leftovers, then on one condition: they must be of the highest quality. We add real butter, nuts and dried fruit, dark chocolate and, of course, rum essence to the sponge cake.
Ingredients
Flour wheatstarch, eggs, sugar, cocoa, dark chocolate, vanilla sugar, citrus peel, butter, margarine, soda, spirit vinegar, walnuts, cinnamon, raisins, spirit, rum aroma, chocolate coating.
