You can buy both in our company's confectioneries and in our online store\u00a0frozen dumplings<\/a><\/strong> our own production. There are several types, both savoury and sweet, and all are connected by one exceptional type of dough, made according to an old family recipe. To make our pierogi look beautiful on the plate and taste just as delicious, we have a few tips for you on how to cook them.<\/p>

It is best to use a wide and low pot to cook dumplings.<\/p>

Pour in about a liter of water for every 100 g of dumplings, add salt and bring to a boil, covered.<\/p>

\u00a0After the water boils, we throw in enough dumplings so that they can swim freely in it. We stir gently with a blunt tool so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pot. When the water starts to boil again, we reduce the flame and slightly open the lid.<\/p>

From this point, cook the dumplings for 8 minutes on low heat. Gently remove with a slotted spoon, draining well.<\/p>

Now we can add our favorite sauces or toppings to the hot dumplings.<\/p>

We add cream to sweet pierogi with berries or cheese, sometimes seasonal fruit. Salty pierogi like a garnish of onion and cracklings, but thick sour cream is also useful here.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

One of the interesting options for serving is fried dumplings. For frying, we use dumplings that have been previously cooked and completely cooled.<\/p>

Hunter's pierogi, Russian pierogi or pierogi with cabbage and mushrooms can be fried in oil or lard with cracklings, while pierogi with spinach, cheese or blueberries will taste great with clarified butter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
