It can be processed in many ways and thus obtained from it several types of consistency for use in desserts. In solid form it is perfect for sprinkles and as a component of shortbread cookies. On the other hand, melted in a water bath or in liquid form we can use it to prepare cream, mousse, icing or a very chocolatey brownie. Chocolate gives a lot of possibilities for making desserts - both for cool autumn and winter days, as well as for hot summer in combination with fresh seasonal fruit. The intense sweetness of chocolate perfectly matches the slightly tart taste of cherries, raspberries or currants. However, there are many more such combinations with chocolate, and each of us can create our own unique delicacy from them.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Recipes for delicious chocolate desserts<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celebrating Chocolate Day is not complete without feasting on chocolate delicacies. This is a great opportunity to try your hand at cooking and experiment with new flavors. Below are a few simple recipes for making a delicious dessert with chocolate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brownie with beetroot<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beetroot may seem like a rather unusual ingredient for a cake. However, in the case of brownies, it does its job perfectly, giving them a lot of moisture. What&#039;s more, it is difficult to detect in the taste, so no one helping themselves will certainly notice that one of the ingredients of the cake is beetroot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250 g dark chocolate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250g butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200g sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150 g wheat or wholemeal flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon baking powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250 g boiled or baked beetroot<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparation:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melt the chocolate and butter in a pot.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make a pulp from the cooked beets in a food processor or grate them on a fine grater.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing gently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add melted chocolate and prepared beets, mix thoroughly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer the mixture to a baking tin lined with baking paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bake at 180\u00b0C for about 20-25 minutes. A great addition to avocado mousse are seasonal fruits such as strawberries or raspberries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 ripe avocados<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g dark chocolate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 tablespoons of cocoa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 tablespoons maple syrup<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pinch of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparation:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melt the chocolate in a water bath and then let cool.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peel and pit the avocado and blend the flesh until smooth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and melted chocolate to the mixture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blend everything into a smooth cream.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer the mousse to bowls and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lava cake, or chocolate fondant<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a unique, very impressive dessert with a liquid, chocolate interior that melts at the first bite. Lava cake tastes great with various additions, e.g. ice cream, fruit or whipped cream.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200g dark chocolate 70%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100g butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60g sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30g flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparation:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath and mix until smooth. Set aside to cool.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add melted chocolate with butter and vanilla, mix gently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sift the flour into the chocolate mixture, mixing slowly with a spatula.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare baking tins, grease them with butter and sprinkle with flour. Ramekins are ideal, as they do not require the use of flour. The surface of the cake should be baked, but the center should remain liquid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once baked, remove the fondant from the oven immediately. Wait a few minutes, then carefully transfer to a plate.
