We would like to mention that our bakery does not have products dedicated to people with celiac disease, however, people avoiding gluten will find tasty baked goods intended for them in our offer. Our plant uses: flour, eggs, nuts, sesame and milk, therefore each product may contain traces of these allergens, even if they are not specified in the description and list of ingredients.<\/span><\/p>\n

This kind => <\/strong><\/span><\/span>cookies<\/a><\/strong><\/span> fits perfectly into the diet of people with special nutritional requirements - due to the lack of dairy products, eggs and reduced gluten content. Their base ingredient is mountain oat flakes, which we have enriched with dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, linseed and ground flax. Instead of butter, we used coconut oil, and artificial honey gives our cookies a sweet taste.<\/span><\/p>\n

These are classic oatmeal cookies - the perfect choice for those who like to enjoy traditional taste and aroma! They contain sunflower and sesame seeds, as well as coconut flakes. Additionally, they contain wheat flour, eggs, sugar and, of course, butter.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cookies are made with almond flour, eggs and birch sugar. They are distinguished by their orange note, which is given by the grated peel of this fruit and its juice. The cookies are slightly moist inside.<\/span><\/p>\n

These are shortcrust, oatmeal cookies in the cocoa variety. This type of cake is prepared from sponge cake based on oat milk and pumpkin. To make the cream, we use aquafaba, i.e. water left after cooking chickpeas - perfect for whipping. We add strawberries to the resulting mass to give it the delicious flavor of these fruits, and decorate the top and sides of the cake with them. Everything looks great and tastes delicious!<\/span><\/p>\n
