Tito lid\u00e9 jsou nav\u00edc proti z\u00e1bav\u011b, ve kter\u00e9 jsou hlavn\u00ed atrakc\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159ata, a tak nenav\u0161t\u011bvuj\u00ed zoo, cirkus nebo ocean\u00e1rium. Veganstv\u00ed proto v \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm aspektu neodkazuje pouze na zp\u016fsob stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale znamen\u00e1 specifickou \u017eivotn\u00ed filozofii.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Pro\u010d vznikl Sv\u011btov\u00fd den veganstv\u00ed?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tento den zalo\u017eila v roce 1994 Louise Wallis, prezidentka British Vegan Society, na oslavu 50. v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed organizace. Nav\u00edc velkou \u010d\u00e1st vegansk\u00e9 stravy zauj\u00edm\u00e1 ovoce a zelenina, kter\u00e9 jsou bohat\u00fdm zdrojem vitam\u00edn\u016f, miner\u00e1l\u016f, vl\u00e1kniny a antioxidant\u016f. Jeho zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 povaha m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt k ochran\u011b p\u0159ed mnoha nemocemi, jako je obezita, cukrovka 2. typu, ateroskler\u00f3za, hypertenze a rakovina.
